Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.  If you receive a defective item, please reach out to hello@mojoupgrade.com for instructions on a replacement, store credit, or exchange. We are unable to process credit card refunds. 

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday- Friday. All orders received before noon EST will be shipped same day. All orders received after noon will be shipped the next business day.  Orders are shipped in discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.
